Yes, omg, we love Steve!! Winter Soldier and Civil War are both fab. Age of Ultron is at best okay IMO (it's Joss Whedon at his most annoying), and I haven't seen Infinity War or Endgame.
I've only seen Tom in Civil War, but I'm ready to love him!! I've been meaning to catch Homecoming, but I'm lazy lol.
