The YouTube rabbit hole is probably my main fandom right now, tbh. Kitchen Nightmares is a hot mess and I love it. I've learned so much from Gordon Ramsay about how to run a better kitchen and business that it's made its way into my own personal aspirations, which is pretty cool. I especially like how he tries to help people shatter their delusions of grandeur. Most people wouldn't even try, and those who would most likely wouldn't even know where to start, but Gordon doesn't take shit from anyone, and I can't help but admire that. Not to mention it's entertaining.
